As Nigerians celebrate Easter, calls have been made for them to keep their hopes alive, as the current economic and insecurity challenges will be overcome.
These were the messages that resonated in some churches in Minna, the Niger state capital, during church and Thanksgiving services.

Christian faithful in Minna, the Niger State capital, were in high spirit as they sang and gave praise to God for witnessing another Easter celebration even in the midst of economic and security challenges.
At the Region 41 Redeemed Christian Church of God Jesus House, Minna, Christian faithful were led in thanksgiving by the Pastor in Charge, who was joined by government officials who were all optimistic that the challenges the country is facing are surmountable.

They also called for unity, resilience, and prayers for the leaders as well as being our brothers’ keepers.
The Thanksgiving session ended with prayers for the peace, unity, and progress of Nigeria and Niger State in particular.
