A list of 48 individuals and groups allegedly linked to terrorism financing in Nigeria has been released by the Federal Government.

The list was issued by the Nigeria Sanctions Committee (NSC), which designates persons and organisations suspected of involvement in terrorism financing.

Among those named by the committee is Simon Ekpa, alongside several others linked to proscribed groups such as the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Ansaru, and Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP).
Also listed in earlier sanctions disclosures is Tukur Mamu, who was accused of facilitating ransom payments to terrorist groups.
