The Federal High Court in Abuja has restrained Inspector General of police and the Nigerian Police Force from imposing fines on vehicles without a valid court order.
The trial court made the order while delivering judgment in a case instituted by the Deji Adeyanju against the IGP, the Attorney General Of the federation and the Federal Road Safety Corps, on issues around around third-party motor insurance in Nigeria.
