The Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) has described the rising insecurity in the country as tragic and unacceptable.
This was contained in a communiqué issued at the end of its 73rd General Church Council meeting held at the ECWA Headquarters in Jos, the Plateau State capital.
Reading the communiqué, ECWA President, Reverend Job Ayuba, called on the government to move beyond lamentations and adopt more decisive and coordinated measures to address the situation.

The church leadership also urged its members to actively participate in the 2027 general elections by registering to vote and contesting elective positions.
