There is uneasy calm at the National Secretariat of the All Progressives Congress in Abuja on Monday following the failure of the party to make nomination forms available to aspirants.
The party was scheduled to begin sale of nomination form on Saturday April 25, 2026, a decision reached after its last National Working Committee meeting on Thursday last week.
Seventy two hours after the action was supposed to take effect, no forms have been sold while party officials told AIT_Online that no account has been provided to deposit proceeds of sale of forms.

But it was reliably gathered that nomination forms will be sent to State Governors who will make the intention documents available to their preferred candidates while they leverage on the consensus arrangement.
“The Presidency is fully in-charge here, there is nothing we can do” a party official who prefers to remain anonymous stated.
All eyes are on the NWC as its authority rest on a crossroad as the journey to the next election begins.
