The Presidential Media and Communications Team has praised the Federal Government’s ongoing projects in Kano and across parts of the Northwest, describing them as transformative initiatives aimed at improving the lives of citizens.
The team specifically noted the Kano solar power project as a significant milestone in boosting electricity supply through renewable energy, aligning with the administration’s Renewed Hope agenda.
Led by Special Adviser on Media and Public Communications, Sunday Dare, the delegation toured a number of ongoing projects across Kano State, including road construction, hospital rehabilitation, and developments in federal institutions.
The team observed that these initiatives are strategically designed to strengthen infrastructure and improve service delivery, with the solar power project expected to ease reliance on the national grid.
The visit also created an avenue for the Kano State Government to highlight its own development strides across critical sectors.
While the federal projects reflect the priorities of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda, the state’s initiatives align with Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf’s Kano First policy—both focused on improving the welfare of citizens.
