Federal Capital Territory, FCT High Court Abuja had awarded N100 million as damages to two operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) in a defamation suit against the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP).
They operatives sued SERAP in their personal capacity for defamation.
