Rivers State Governor Sim Fubara appeared before the All Progressives Congress Screening Committee on Sunday with aides and journalists who were at the venue confused about the outcome of the screening.
Fubara had arrived the Plateau Govenor’s Lodge, venue of the screening exercise, and barely spent 20 minutes with the panel.
The Rivers State Governor shunned surging journalists and refused to speak .
A member of the screening panel and National Secretary of the party, Ajibola Bashiru, was not forthcoming if Governor Fubara was actually screened.
According to him, “the screening committee, after seeing everybody, will now sit down and come out with its report. As of now, there’s no report of screening committee”.
