In what looked like a new twist to the internal crisis within the Accord Party over leadership tussle, the Professor Chris Imumolem led Faction of the party has conducted its Presidential primary ahead of the 2027 General Election.
The Delegates drawn from Lagos and other states across the country converged on Ikeja, Lagos Saturday where they confirmed Chris Imumolem via a voice affirmation.
He was later issued with the party’s flag as the Presidential candidate.
