Justice D.I. Dipeolu of the Federal High Court, Ikoyi, Lagos, has fixed June 9, 2026, to rule on the bail application of social media influencer, Okoro Blessing Nkiruka, popularly known as Blessing CEO, who is facing trial over an alleged N36 million fraud.
The EFCC is prosecuting her on a two-count charge bordering on obtaining money by false pretence and stealing.
During proceedings, the prosecution opposed the bail application, arguing that the defendant allegedly failed to honour EFCC invitations during investigation.
