A Lagos Special Offences Court has sentenced one Chukwuemeka Udezuka to 12 years imprisonment for stealing over sixty-four million naira from victims under the pretext of exchanging naira for dollars at the official CBN rate.
Justice Rahman Oshodi found the defendant guilty on four counts filed by the EFCC and ordered him to make full restitution to the victims within 90 days.

The court also fined his company, Mezu Connection Investment Limited, five hundred thousand naira on each count.
