The Delta state police command says it has arrested the commissioner for secondary education, Kingsley Ashibogwu, and three other suspects in connection to the death of the deputy director, Unity Adeda.
The command has also launched a manhunt for two key suspects, they are, the director of basic and secondary education, Ufuoma Clementine, and the driver to the commissioner, Clement Apia.
In a statement issued, the command is assuring the public and family of the deceased that the investigation will be pursued thoroughly, impartially, and professionally.
The recent arrests bring the number of persons currently under investigation in police custody to five.
