This challenge is an age long problem in Nigeria, but became more discussed after the unfortunate death of Chimmanda Adichie’s twin son.
Experts have also estimated that about 250,000 persons die annually due to medical errors, while four in 100 persons are harmed during medical treatments confirming the position of the WHO on global statistics.
