A joint military, police and vigilante task force has neutralised scores of terrorists in Nasko Magama Local Government Area of Niger State.
Twenty abducted victims have also been rescued.
The Joint Taskforce, in addition, recovered a large herd of cattle from the terrorists.
The security operatives attached to Magana Local Government Area engaged the terrorists in a gun battle at Anaba Hill.
Items recovered from the terrorists include one AK-47 magazine with thirty rounds of live ammunition, seven handsets and a motorcycle
The Commissioner of Police, Bala Kuryas, has urged members of the public to work with men and officers of the Command, by giving them reliable information, that will assist them to curtail the activities of terrorists, and other criminal elements in the state.
