President Muhammadu Buhari has been meeting with the governors of the ruling All Progressives Congress at the Presidential Villa Abuja.
The meeting is expected to discuss issues surrounding the postponement of the party’s convention, earlier scheduled to hold on February 26th.
The APC Caretaker and Extra-ordinary Convention Planning Committee, (CECPC), had on Monday, postponed the party’s national convention from February 26 to March 26th.

It also released a new timetable and schedule of activities for the National Convention and Zonal Congresses on Monday.
There is a strong indication that the convention date may be shifted after the meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari.
