Governor Abubakar Bello of Niger State has assented to the Grazing Reserves Law.
Governor Abubakar Bello assented to the law at the Government House, Minna.
The law is aimed at minimizing the increasing cases of encroachment, illegal and unauthorized activities in all parts of the state.

The law, in a statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mary Berje, said that it will further curtail the activities of persons who do not have a permit to operate.
