Preparations towards the 2023 Governorship election in Delta State has begun as Deputy Governor Kingsley Otuaro commissions his campaignn office and officially inaugurates his campaign Organisation.
The Deputy Governor who now doubles as an aspirant commissioned the campaign office situated at the heart of the capital city Asaba, as his supporters came from different parts of the state to show solidarity for his bid to takeover from his principal, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.

Otuaro said he has been consulting with all the leaders in the 25 LG areas of the state with the commissioning of the campaign office representing the icing on the cake.
