Kogi election: NSCDC urges voters to be vigilant

The Nigeria Security And Civil Defence Corp, NSCDC, wants the media and the electorate in Kogi state to be vigilant and report persons putting on uniforms and impersonating as security personnel.

The deputy commandant general of NSCDC who is leading the operations in Kogi state, DCG Kelechi Madu after an on the spot assessment of various areas in the state, said the corp has provided enough men to support other sister agencies.

After speaking to DCG Kelechi Madu, we received report that at Idokoro ward 005 in Kogi west, fully armed Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS were seen arresting some men wearing Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps along with some politicians who couldn’t identify themselves.
