The Nigeria Senate has asked the Minister of Niger Delta affairs, Godswill Akpabio and sole Administrator of NDDC Effiong Akwa to appear before it on the 12th of April 2022
They are expected to answer questions bothering on misappropriation and non payment of contractors
The Senate says they risk warrant of arrest if they do not comply.
