The All Progressives Congress, APC, says it is still in discussion on appropriate dates for activities leading to primaries ahead of the 2023 General election.
National Publicity Secretary of APC, Felix Morka told reporters after the National Working Committee meeting in Abuja that the party hopes to reach a compromise on feasible dates as soon as possible.
On the issue of government appointees participating in the primaries, Morka says the party was concerned about the content of section 84 of the Electoral Act 2022.
