The Delta state police command says it has put in place adequate security to ensure protection of lives and property of residents during and after the Easter celebration.
In a press release issued by the command, the commissioner of police, Ari Mohammed, also directed all area commanders and DPOs to deploy policemen to all venues of celebrations and other resort centers to prevent mischief makers from causing any form of mayhem.

While the raid on dark spots and criminal hide outs continue, the command solicit the cooperation of every resident in its fight against criminality.
