The Liberian Government has expressed gratitude to Nigerian media magnate, High Chief Raymond Dokpesi and DAAR Music Global for supporting double African Music Award winner, Kanvee Adams.
In a message signed by Liberia’s Ambassador to Nigeria, Al-Hassan Conteh, the West African country acknowledged and appreciated the contributions of High Chief Dokpesi and DAAR in the promotion of the Liberian gospel artiste.
The message reads; “On behalf of the President and people of Liberia, I wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to Your Excellency, for your unflinching and unrelenting support to our daughter Kanvee Adams.
“This, in no small measure, contributed to her clinching of the double AFRIMA Award for 2019. We thank God for you, your staff at DAAR, and the many supporters from Liberia, Nigeria, and the rest of Africa, who voted to support her. Congratulations! And may the Almighty God continue to grant you good health, success and prosperity.”
Kanvee Adams, an artiste on the DAAR Music Global stable, won awards as the Songwriter of the Year in Africa and Duo or Group in African Inspirational Music of the year at the AFRIMA Music Awards held in Lagos at the weekend.
