The Federal High Court in Abuja orders Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, Danladi Umar to appear before the Senate to respond to allegations of misconduct levelled against him.
The court held that as a public officer administering law, he is answerable to the senate on matters bothering on moral standards.
