The Minister of State for Petroleum, Timipre Sylva, on Monday resumed work despite attending Friday’s valedictory session organizer by President Muhammadu Buhari for Ministers who picked the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential nomination form.

” Just to inform you that the Minister is on seat in his office. Thanks for your understanding”.
A group under the banner of the Northern Solidarity Group had on May 9, presented APC’s Expression of Interest and Nomination form to the Minister to enable him to contest the party’s 2023 Presidential primaries.
The Ministry has kept mute on whether the minister has resigned or not.
All the ministers who are aspirants have until 12midnight to tender their resignation.
