The Families of the abducted passengers of the Abuja-Kaduna train attack have again called on the Federal Government to put on hold, the resumption of train services, until those in captivity are rescued.
At a News Conference in Kaduna, the families expressed worry over the insensitivity of the management of the Nigerian Railway Corporation, NRC, to the plight of those in captivity.
The families of the abducted passengers say several attempts to meet with the management of the NRC were to no avail.
However, the families advised the government to put adequate security measures in place, to guarantee the safety of prospective passengers, rather than commercial gain concerns.
