The Queen of England, Elizabeth the second is worried about the prolonged strike by the Academic Staff union of Universities and wants the Nigerian government to immediately address to situation.
In a message on behalf of the Queen, the country director, Royal Commonwealth society, Blackson Bayewumi said the country remains behind in her education not only among Commonwealth member-nations, but globally.
Blackson, joined by a British-certified linguistic Instructor and education administrator, Phrank Shuaibu, argue that as lucrative as education tourism, it is doing more harm than good to Nigeria’s Education
The duo were speaking at the public presentation of the 2022 edition of the Queen’s Commonwealth Essay competition, billed to hold in July.
