Suspected terrorists have reportedly launched an attack and abducted an unspecified number of people at Zurmi town, Headquarters of Zurmi Local Government Area of Zamfara State, Northwest Nigeria.
Sources said the suspected terrorists stormed Zurmi at about 10 pm on Thursday and started firing sporadic gunshots.
No life has reportedly been lost in the incident, but the terrorists were said to have abducted several persons to unknown locations.
