Rev Fr. Christopher Odia of St Michael Catholic Church, Ikabigbo, Uzairue in Etsako West Local Government of Edo State who was kidnapped on Sunday has been killed.
He was abducted Sunday morning from his residents at the Ikabigbo Parish about 6 am by suspected herdsmen.
Reports say the incident had thrown the community and the church hierarchy into fear.

The report said that three people were shot and one identified as Dr Nuru died immediately while others who were injured were taken to Irrua specialist hospital as of the time of filing this report.
