Nigeria’s Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo is in hospital for a surgical operation on account of recurrent pain in his leg sustained from an injury while playing squash.
Spokesperson of the Vice President, Laolu Akande confirmed the development on his Twitter handle @akandeoj.
Akande says the personal physician to the Vice President will give update on his treatment and recovery process later on Saturday.
