The National Emergency Management Agency NEMA has received a fresh batch of 175 Stranded Nigerian Returnees from Libya.

The Lagos Territorial Office, Coordinator of NEMA, Ibrahim Farinloye , received the Returnees on behalf of the Federal Government as they arrived on board a chartered flight at the Cargo Wing of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport. Lagos.
The Returnees who were assisted back to Nigeria by the International Organisation for Migration IOM include 64 female adults,12 female children and 5 infant females .

Also, there were 77 male adults,11 male children, and 6 infant males as well as 4 medical cases, 2 females and 2 males. .
Other Agencies who were on ground to receive the Returnees with NEMA are Nigeria Immigration Service NIS ,FAAN, NAPTIP, Refugee Commission and the Police.
