Ebonyi State Governor, Dave Umahi Saturday won the fresh All Progressives Congress, APC, Senatorial election for Ebonyi South Senatorial District.
Umahi scored 250 votes to defeat his closest rival and his younger brother, Austin Umahi who polled 10 votes in the election held at Afikpo North Council Area Headquarters.
The Court of Appeal had nullified the first primary election that won by Umahi and ordered that a fresh one be conducted.
