The Decision of the Academic Staff Union Of University (ASUU) to sustain their Six months strike has further dampened the hopes of parents who feel their ward’s education have been compromised.
Parents who spoke to AITOnline in Jos blamed both ASUU and the Government as they say the negative consequences of the prolonged strike have begun to manifest.
While others blamed the Government over the lingering Crisis, Some are of the opinion that ASUU on its part should be flexible in its negotiations considering the negative effects of the strike on students.
But while some students have stayed idle during the strike, others are making use of the best out of the situation.
With Negotiation between ASUU and the Federal Government deadlocked, leaving the future of the Nagerian Students hanging in the balance, Parents and indeed all Nigerians are asking for, the quick resolution of the contending issues.
