The need for students and youth to join the rescue Nigeria mission by massively supporting a Presidential candidate whose ideology resonates the sincere aspirations and quest of defenceless Nigerians has been advanced.

National President Atiku/Okowa Student movement Comrade Jerry Ehiwarior made the call while inaugurating Cordinators of the body’s North Central zone in Makurdi Benue State.

Poor and compromised security framework, the ASUU/FG saga leading to unending months of strike, unhidden bigotry and tribalism that left the country more divided than it ever was, were some of the worrisome challenges these students say pushed them to advance the cause to support the crusade.

They also identified the unbridled religious based killings and abduction, regular butchering of humans as some of the societal ills that require the commitment of tested leaders like Atiku/Okowa combination.

According to the north central pressure group, the former Vice President and Presidential candidate of the People’s democratic party Atiku Abubakar and his running mate are prepared and experienced enough to address these countless challenges.

The students’ group insists that the current government lacked capacity in handling matters of National importance as the past 7 years have been a tortuous period of avoidable incidents in our new growing nationality which must be changed.
