Idiaro Kolawole AbdulRasaq is well known in the Fintech Space of Nigeria as the Flawless Techpreneur, he has over 10 years of experience in technology, banking, business leadership, strategy and innovation across leading pan-African banking and fintech groups.
Prior to co-founding Echo Systems Network Limited, Idiaro has held various roles in the banking and fintech sectors of the economy.
He was the Head, of Retail Business team at Interswitch group for the Northern Region of Nigeria with responsibility for Qucikteller Paypoint and Verve digitalization, innovation, and new business strategy across all states in Northern Nigeria.
He also led the expansion drive of Verve as the Head of Verve International Issuing and Acquiring Business in Northern Nigeria between 2015 and 2018.
Earlier in his career, he worked in the Electronic Banking group of United Bank for Africa (UBA) as the POS Support and channels manager as well as eBusiness Service Management.
He also led various project management, service management and business operations teams across the Retail Banking and Payment gateways.
Idiaro Kolawole AbdulRasaq is a graduate of Business Administration from the Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto and holds a Mini-Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Tekedia Institute in Boston United States of America. He holds a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP International – Nigeria). He also has various certifications in Business Agility, IT Service Management, Lean Six Sigma and Project Management.
He’s currently the Chairman of Idiaro Resources Limited, a bottle water company situated in Ilorin the Kwara State capital serving thousands of consumers with portable drinking water across the state.
