Cross River State Governor, Professor Ben Ayade is set to present the budget estimate for the 2023 financial year to the Cross River State House of Assembly, this Friday, 27th October, 2022 for consideration and passage.
In a Statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Speaker, Hope Obeten, said the exercise is in Pursuant to S.121(1) of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999, as amended.
The presentation which will commence at 11 o’clock in the morning, according to the Speaker’s spokesperson, will be the last budget to be presented by Ayade’s Administration to the House of Assembly.

From the Budget of ‘Deep Vision’ in 2016 to ‘ Infinite Transposition’ in 2017,then come budget of ‘Kinetic Crystallization’ in 2018 and
‘Qabalistic Densification’ in 2019.
In 2020, Ayade titles his budget as ‘Olimpotic Meritemasis’, that of 2021 was Budget of ‘Blush and Bliss’ and Budget of ‘Conjugated Agglutination’ in 2022.
Nigerians are waiting to see the last Budget of Governor Ayade who is Professor of Environmental science.
