The Pan-Yoruba socio-cultural group, Afenifere has advised the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu to prioritise restructuring, true federalism and introduction of State Police if elected President in 2023 election
The group gave the advise on Sunday at the home of its foremost leader, Reuben Fasoranti in Akure, the Ondo State capital, South-West Nigeria.
Tinubu was in Akure to present the Tinubu-Shettima Action Plan for 2023 to the Reuben Fasoranti-led Afenifere.
A leader of the group, Seinde Arogbofa while speaking on behalf of members said Afenifere is only interested in a presidential candidate that will practice true federalism and introduce State Police that is needed to help check the current Insecurity in the country.

The APC presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu said if elected, he will ensure a detribalised country where security of lives and property will be given due attention.
Among those who attended the event were the Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, Oyo State Deputy Governor Bayo Lawal and other APC leaders in the South-West geo-political zone.
