Christians in Nigeria have been urged to participate actively in the forthcoming general elections and ensure they elect credible leaders who are forthright that will protect their interest.
Executive secretary of the christian pilgrims commission and chairman christian association of Nigeria Yakubu Pam as well as pastor Chingtok Ishaku, told christian faithful not to sit at the sidelines but take the initiative to be part of the process of picking credible leaders.

Both leaders called on the faithful to be law abiding and peaceful.
The executive secretary of the christian pilgrim commission also disclosed that there are new routes for the forthcoming pilgrimage.
The secretary of the commission was in Gombe to strengthen the brethren spiritually with the message on the power of praise in difficult times.
