Kebbi State Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Kontagora, has assured the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, of adequate security for corps members posted to the state.
The Police Commissioner gave the assurance when he paid a courtesy visit to the NYSC management at the NYSC Orientation Camp at Dakingari, Suru Local Government Area, where the 2022 Batch Stream 1 Orientation is ongoing.

Kontagora explained that he was at the camp to assess the security situation there, as the NYSC Camp is a national structure that must be protected.
He said Kebbi State is relatively peaceful, but there is still the need to strategise with other security agencies to secure the camp and all corps members posted to the state.
