Delta State Governor and Vice-Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa in his new year broadcast describes year 2023 as a very important year for Nigeria and Nigerians being an election year the people would go to polls and decide who leads them.
Gov Okowa attributed the exodus of Nigeria’s young professionals to other countries in search of greener pastures to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, maladministration which he said further ends up dividing Nigeria than uniting its people.
According to Governor Okowa, for Nigerians to be rescued and rebuilt from the misrule of the APC-Administration they have to think rationally, objectively and dispassionately in their choice of candidate by shunning ethnicity, religion and nepotism.
