Oyo NSCDC parades two suspects for defiling minors

Oyo state Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps has arrested and paraded two suspects for defiling underage girls.

Parading the suspect at the NSCDC State Command headquarters, in Agodi, Ibadan, the command’s Public relations officer, DSC Oyindamola Okuneye said the command will not tolerate any abuse of children in the state.

According to the Command’s Spokesperson, two suspects, 33-year-old Tunde Kareem who lives in Ibadan defiled his 11- year -old daughter, similarly, 46 years old Amos Michael also a resident of Alakia, Ibadan defiled a ten-year-old girl on the 15th of January 2023.

The Oyo state command of the NSCDC however warned that it will not tolerate the abuse of minors in the state adding that the suspects will be charged to court at the completion of investigations.
