Daar Communications Plc, owners of Ait, Raypower, and Faaji Fm says it is ready to cover and report the forthcoming 2023 general elections extensively across the country.
Group managing director of Daar communications PLC, Tony Akiotu, said this when a European Union Election observation mission delegation visited him in his office at the company’s corporate headquarters in Abuja on Wednesday.
The European Union Election Observation Mission says the visit to Daar communications is part of its fact-finding mission to determine the level of preparedness of all the major players, especially the media for the upcoming general election.
Leader of the team, Inta Lase said the EU election observation mission has, for the first time, engaged the services of election technology analysts and they are prepared to work with the Nigerian government to achieve a hitch-free process.

The group managing director of Daar communications PLC, Tony Akiotu assured the EU delegation that the station was very prepared for the general election.
Head of research, Daar Communications plc, Adebayo Boudunrin also assured the delegation that the media conglomerate has a well equipped and trained reportorial corps for the elections.
The EU delegation is to proceed to Lagos for its next media engagement.
