The Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN has extended its sensitisation for the exchange of the old Naira notes with the re-designed ones to youth corps member.

This was at the Benue State National Youth Service Corps, NYSC Orientation Camp in Wannune, Tarka Local Government Area of Benue State, North-Central Nigeria.

CBN Director of Financial Market Department, Angela Sere-Ejembi who lead the team said the apex bank had made provision for a maximum withdrawal of N7,000 from the Point-of-Sale, POS agents on the camp.

The Director who was representated by Victor Oboh emphasised the need for Corps members to embrace the cashless policy being introduced in the country.

The NYSC State Coordinator who welcomed the initiative described it as timely and encouraged corps members to embrace it.

Corp members equally appreciated the Central Bank for easing the process for them.
