INEC receives sensitive election materials in Delta State

The Independent National Electoral Commission in Delta state has received sensitive materials for this weekend’s Presidential, Senatorial, and House of Representatives from the Central Bank of Nigeria, Asaba Branch.

INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner in Delta state Monday Udoh Tom who received the materials for onward distribution to the local government areas in the state in the company of the chairman of Inter-Party Advisory Council ( IPAC) Emeka Bidokwu, said the distribution will start with council areas in the riverine part of the state.

The IPAC Chairman described the exercise as synergy between the INEC and representatives of various political parties to ensure everything adding that before the distributions, the bodies will jointly inspect the materials to ensure they are intact.
