The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Taraba State has assured the electorates that all that is needed to conduct a successful election has been put in place by the Commission.

Resident Electoral Commissioner Umar Gajiram says sensitive and non sensitive materials have been deployed in good time to ensure that polling units with difficult terrains received them for Saturday’s election.

Taraba State being the third largest in land mass in the country, implies that sensitive and non sensitive materials deployed to Local Government Areas,  may take as long as fifteen (hours) before they get to their destinations.

However, the Resident Electoral Commissioner of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Taraba State, Umar Gajiram has assured that election materials will reach all polling units at the appropriate time.

He further highlighted the transparency that the Bimodal Voters Accreditation System BVAs will add to the 2023 General Elections in the State.
