Governor Douye Diri of Bayelsa state says he is pleased with the function of the Bimodal Voters Accreditation system BVAS which has made the exercise stress free and timeless, describing it as one of the best thing that has happened to Nigeria’s electoral process.

Governor Diri who spoke shortly after casting his vote at ward 6 unit 4 Ayakoro-Ama open space in Sampou community in the Kolokuma/Opokuma council area of the state also appealed to INEC to extend the voting time due to the daley in the arrival of materials.
