Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, says the ultimate goal of his administration is to accelerate infrastructure upgrade including boosting investments for the well-being of the people.
Adeleke disclosed this while receiving an official invitation to the coming annual event organised by Leadership Newspaper, where he will be honoured with an award as the Governor of the Year.
The governor said various developmental initiatives implemented by his administration have reduced the state’s infrastructure deficit by over 40 per cent.
Adeleke further added that his administration bridged access to primary health care, with the ambition to further expand healthcare access at medium and tertiary levels.
Earlier, Mike Okpere, the Vice Chairman of Leadership Group noted that the recognition is in order to give Governor Adeleke an insight and encouragement to do more for the people.
Governor Adeleke while commending the newspaper for the recognition, described the award as an endorsement of his performance.
