The head coach of the super Eagles Jose Peseiro and team captain Ahmed Musa have assured Nigerians of super eagles readiness to make the country proud as the kick off their campaign for a fourth Afcon title against Equatorial Guinea on Sunday.
At a pre match press conference this Saturday peseiro said his financial agreement with the national federation is not a subject of media debate that he is more concerned about the out come of results in ivory coast.
According to the Portuguese, this claim is coming on the back drop of the players desire to win in Ivory Coast.
On his part Ahmed Musa said it’s been ten years now since the team last won the African cup of nations and there can’t be a better time to do it again than now.
The team had a last training ahead of the opening match against Equatorial Guinea tomorrow at 2pm kick off time in Nigeria.
