Some armed men have attacked a commercial bank bullion van at Emure-Ile junction, in Owo Local Government Area of Ondo State.
The robbers were said to have carried out the attack while the bullion van was in motion.

This is the second time such an attack will be carried out in one month.
Meanwhile, the spokesperson of the Ondo State Police Command, Funmilayo Odulami, who confirmed the incident said the robbers attacked an empty van as there was no cash in it.
Odulami, however, said the armed men shot one of the police escorts accompanying the bullion van but he is currently receiving treatment at a facility in Owo.
