Typical of any political season, politicians have been doing a lot of talking on the issue as they are ahead of the 2023 elections.
Isong frowned at the controversy surrounding the 13% derivation arrears payment and absolved the state government of any wrongdoing and pointed out that the CLO embarked on an inspection of projects carried out by the state government and was satisfied with what they saw.
He advised all political office seekers and their supporters to play politics by democratic rules.
