Bauchi State Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar (Rtd) has finally reacted to the allegations of attacks and killing of one person at his campaign rally in Duguri community, Alkaleri Local Government Area.
The former Chief of Air Staff who briefed journalists at his residence, denied the involvement of his campaign team in any attack in Duguri which is the hometown of the incumbent Governor and Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Bala Mohammed.
According to him, his security men succeeded in recovering two den guns from the thugs who came to attack his campaign team in Akuyam community in Misau as well as Duguri in Alkaleri Local Government Area.

With the clashes between the PDP and APC supporters ahead of the Governorship and States Houses of Assembly elections Bauchi State may be on the watch list as a flash point of violence during the March 18 polls.
